As a lifelong Warren resident, I am committed to fighting for positive change that will move Macomb County forward. I’m grateful to have an opportunity to work hard every day to fix what’s wrong with Lansing, support small businesses so they can create jobs and do what’s best for the people of Macomb County.
It’s no secret that Lansing is broken – I’ve seen it firsthand. There are too many lawmakers spending too much time protecting their own interests and ignoring the well-being of our communities. We must reform government to make sure our residents come first and our tax dollars aren’t being wasted.
As I fight to ensure that state government is working for our residents, I remain dedicated to creating jobs for our workers by making Michigan the best place in the country for small businesses to open their doors. Getting our workers back on the job is just what we need to start turning our economy around.
In addition to fixing the way our government does business, I am committed to providing our residents the consumer protections they deserve. That’s why I stood up against special interests by sponsoring a plan to punish CEOs who delay or deny consumers’ legitimate insurance claims.
It’s time that we in Macomb County get the kind of state government that will put people before special interests. It would be my honor to have you join my fight to get Michigan back on track.
